Afternoon Tea

One of my birthday gifts was a voucher for afternoon tea at the Swan Hotel.
This is the Still Room, waiting for our food to arrive.

Had a few afternoon teas in my time, the best being the ones served at the farm shop near where we lived in Leicestershire.

Oh wow, this didn’t disappoint!
Two courses - savoury then sweet with gallons of tea.

Best bit was the unexpected but seriously yummy mini fish & chips!
So many lovely, tasty things to eat.
Didn’t need any dinner!
