Sunset

I wasn't expecting to see any sunset after another grey, wet and windy at times day.

The company was the opposite as Mr and Mrs HCB paid a visit and we exchanged Christmas and birthday gifts. It was nice actually to have gifts. Two lovely books, one of which I really wanted but only had a kindle version and the other you can read about in Mrs HCB's blip. A lovely tin of pencils and sketch book that can easily be slipped into a bag or pocket.

Beau was here, and graced Mr HCB with a soggy, chewy treat, and did sit on command for Mrs HCB, and then leapt onto the sofa between them only to be told that wasn't quite what she meant! He was very good, no jumping, and kept his eyes just on my dinner plate. I think the odd piece of cheese might have gone missing!
