A friend at work recommended this for a good night’s sleep. I am not sure it makes any difference but it does smell nice.

I decided to have a major wardrobe and clearout whilst Ian is away so I could take full advantage of the bedroom space. The bedroom currently looks like a bomb has hit it with piles everywhere whilst I try and figure out the best way of organising things.
