Daffy's are out

I'm seeing daffodils out all over the place lately. It's great having a dog again, it means I get to wander around so spot things like this.
The tiny daffy's in the pot were bought by our daughter, Johanna, I think it was end of 2023 so they flowered in 2024 and then the pot just sat outside all year, including this winter.
Notice them popping up two or three weeks ago and there they are, beautiful little things.
At some point a squirrel has hidden a nut in the pot and a Walnut sapling is also growing in the pot. I'll have to repot the Walnut when the daffy's die off and wait until it is big enough to go into the ground.
