Fossils

I took a photo of some of the crocuses in our garden for a blip but when i uploaded them they are both blurred so I snapped this which I've had over 30 years. I picked it up on Saltburn beach in the 1990s and it's fascinating. Extra shows the underneath of it.
Slept very badly last night and my fitbit recorded only 3 hours and 15 minutes sleep which was worse than I thought! Consequently felt grotty today and needed an afternoon nap - still felt lethargic after it.
