Confused bulbs?

As I was walking up to by door I noticed these tiny flowers trying to come up. These are from bulbs my sister sent be two years ago. It is way to soon for them to come up. It is still below freezing every night and some tithe days don’t get above freezing either.  BTW I did make it home Monday with no problems.
