Art Exhibition

Daughter J & I walked from her house through town to the Cathedral to see the RGS 6th form art exhibition in the Chapter House. The work was varied & very accomplished from the students at the school. Our granddaughter M has an art scholarship for the 6th form next year so one day maybe her art will be exhibited in the Cathedral.
Almost all of the Cathedral was open to visitors today so we were able to access the crypt & walk through the whole building. They were offering tower tours but I couldn’t convince J to come up with me, she’s scared of heights.
We walked back to J’s then went to other daughter K’s for a cuppa. M was just off to the cinema to see the new Bridget Jones film & then to a sleepover at her friend’s house, I doubt much sleeping will be done.
