plate of errm fish fun

today has been filled with lots of nice things which is good, exchanging contact details with nice folk at work (including one who i've just noticed said 'happy birthday' to arnold schwarzenegger on twitter! hilarious!), lloyd buying me lunch and having lunch with him, anita and katie, nigel being hilarious, receiving such a lovely email from vincent that i almost burst into tears and catching up with carlos after too long for a brew and apple pie! he's such a sweet guy :-)
