Road trip

Time to leave our home of the last week. I’m going to miss that comfy bed.
We drove south east to the far corner of the South Island round the Catlin Hills.
Various stops on the way to wow at beaches, Nugget lighthouse, seals, birds and many views.
End the drive at Kaka Point and another great beach. Found a nice camp site and settled ourselves in amongst the campervans (just a bit envious). Our little tent has had many travels with us and is still a good one - just not sure how water proof it is now - we will find out tonight. We were certainly cozy with our charity shop blankets - Dennis the Menace and a hand crocheted granny square creation.
