3744. Almost finished!

I have finally finished painting the frame on my jewellery art, it took so many coats to cover the white frame, it was a sort of plastic coated wood and I didn’t sand it down before starting to paint.  I also got a bit of paint on the glass as the masking tape wasn’t great, I did manage to remove the masking tape but it also took some of the paint off the frame too….

Still, it’s looking better and a razor blade will remove all the last bits of paint from the glass, I just need to wait for it to fully dry then I should be able to complete it.  I’m really pleased with the outcome and the actual jewellery bit looks exactly as I wanted it to!

Usual family lunch today and I’m meeting my youngest for coffee first so a quiet easy morning!
