Updated Lorna Lloyd postcard publicity

Bruce and I met at his flat this morning to start preparing a talk that we are delivering in a couple of weeks. This will be based on our journal article on audience engagement with digitised archives which was published just before Christmas. Given that we are delivering the talk in person, and that our (old) supply of Lorna Lloyd war diary podcast series publicity has run out, we took the opportunity to update the design of our postcard (blipped). Bruce sent it to the print room after I left. 

This afternoon I attended another work meeting on a completely different topic, then worked on Mummy hazelh admin in preparation for a discussion with my middle sister tomorrow morning.

This evening we met Liz and Tony at the W for drinks on the 11th floor, then wandered down to Coffee Saints for a Malaysian meal organised by the Cyrenians to raise money to combat homelessness. This was same venue of my last book group meeting. Once again, there was a lovely atmosphere at the event, the food was delicious, and everyone had a great time.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; walking (13,761 steps).
