Elf cups

A much brighter day. Pruned the roses this morning and then a decent walk round the loop line after lunch. The sun was shining and the birds were singing, which is always good.

Feeling tired though as another night disturbed by hot flushes.I know there’s very good reasons for stopping the HRT, but it is tough going. They’re proposing hormone therapy after the surgery which will further reduce the oestrogen too… which I’m definitely apprehensive about.
