Longest distance

I think i might have actually caught the running bug. Like wtaf . I was excited for this morning.  Our aim was 15km ( 9 frigging miles ). And that's what we did. I do live in a beautiful place. And we explored a lot today. 
I will take my deep heat with me on my next long run as by 13km my back was screaming at me. But we made it and Gordon is a amazing support.  

The jedi is wearing a new eyepatch. His sticky ones were causing him distress so I ordered these and he's well happy.  

I'm just away to go back and help Mr R out in the garden.
