Bread and cheese

Todays sourdough made with Cotswold crunch flour makes nice bread and  one of our favourites also the only picture I have taken today 
Went to the co op after baking the bread for a couple of things I forgot yesterday 
Rest of the day on organ stuff last few brackets and bits to fit then sorting out all the pipes 
We had a organ constructors zoom meeting late afternoon interesting as always 
Some rain over night cloudy first then some sun still quite warm
