Surprise find

Needed to get out of the house so took L for a drive. She was in charge of directions. We ended up going the scenic route, through Rushall, Pewsey, Marlborough and out towards Burbage where we came across a sign for a windmill.

We decided to investigate and this is what we found. Unfortunately it was closed to visitors but we could still view it from outside.. L was fascinated that the windmill was used to grind the corn into flour. I'm not sure she had ever thought how flour was produced, other than we buy it from the supermarket in a bag!

I wonder what surprises tomorrow will bring?
