Back with the group

Men went off to watch charlton play.
Ladies,   Renate and dear Deborah who lost Eddy In November we walked to Shoreham.
No idea what happened after sitting down for lunch.. I could barely stand foot swollen and v painful..
We managed to get back just.. Ice on my foot as seen here ibruprofen and  Paracetamol..
The pain is real...
Daughters birthday tomorrow.
