What a glorious day. I started off with a potter in the front patch of garden. I have a strained glute so I didn’t go mad. There were lots of sunbathing ladybirds. Then I did the favourite walk. W went out on his new bike for the first time. Unfortunately, at a cafe he put his bike on a rack. A chap lent over the rack to look at it and knocked it off. One of the buttons on the handlebars was smashed. He was a gentleman and has offered to pay for damage which may be a few hundred pounds. Fingers crossed it all gets sorted. He saved for months to buy the bike so it is a shame.
