SATURDAY SEAT

Was mainly up at a friends who is sadly suffering with multiple medical problems.
It seems that specialists are dealing with different problems but I'm not sure about the holistic aspect of it. I'm very ignorant of medical matters so - at least he is receiving good care from visiting nurses etc.
Fine sunny blue sky day with little southerly breeze and warmer.
Dinner chicken ( not supermarket ) breasts with pepper / mushroom PX sherry sauce with new small potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
