Big head

J9 needed a crash out day, so I did a food shop. I then cooked up a Puttanesca sauce and stuffed ricotta, spinach & smoked salmon into large conchiglie. I combined the two with a load of black olives & some mozzarella ready to bake for dinner.
The day was too nice to stay in, so I took the mutt to the country park. An hour of pottering & sniffing ensued. We cover a lot less distance now he is increasingly showing his age, but as long as he still enjoys it we shall continue to view the world at his pace.
Dinner was rather yum if I do say so myself.
