A giant felled

Late last year we had a couple of dead trees felled in exchange for one of our Dorper rams. I was sad about this one, it was a magnificent red gum before it was struck by lightning although I have noticed there is another growing near to this one so it may well be replaced eventually.

Luke popped in for a cup of tea this morning and to offload a trailer load of dirt, we certainly have enough room and it was placed neatly in the middle of the broken dam wall so may be useful moving forward.
