Sunday walk

Yes, we might have had a couple of weather warnings for wind and rain this morning, and yes, it was blowing a hoolie, as they say round these parts. That said, we persevered to get our steps and it was actually, quite ok. We parked in the Lidl carpark in Prestonpans and had a wander along the coast before heading home.

Back home and we made our kedgeree using the naturally smoked (not dyed) kippered herring we got yesterday from Clark’s Fishmonger. It has to be said, it was a bit of a faff to prepare, however, worth it in the end (see extra).

Just catching up on the Sunday papers and wondering how our world managed to get into its current state … sighs.
