Empty seat

No one would want to sit there in the rain and wind.  It has been and wild a wet day so far and doesn't look like it will change today.

I was surprised to see the church so busy in this weather. I was meeting and greeting and it was nice to have a chat with people as they came in.  Moraig told us that the coffee morning yesterday made £840, which was fantastic.  A good amount for the orphanage and we had a fun morning.

Last evening we were given the very sad news of the death of G's father, who had been in EK Hospice for the last week or so.  He had been ill for some time, and will be greatly missed by us all.
