Ilkley Moor

Captured on the route back home. Today was the Compass Sport Cup. This is a club competition with categories for large and small clubs. 

The forecast heavy rain didn’t arrive until later but everyone had to carry or wear a hooded waterproof top. I wore mine to keep the wind at bay. 

A tough physical and technical course. Frustratingly I missed the last control as I was so focused on finishing! It was probably the easiest control of the day. Disappointed my run did not count for the club.
