More than just a pothole

Speed Bumps seem to create bigger potholes. It makes me sure that they are useless and the people who drive too fast do so whether there are speed bumps or none.

This is an accident waiting to happen as so many local drivers are driving around this on the opposite side of the road. [Let’s hope not!]
