And home again
It's been a lovely few days away - and my soul is much refreshed with much to ponder after one of the most powerful sermons I've heard for a very long time ending with a well known quotation from Teresa of Avila - one I knew, could almost say it along with the preacher, but one that I had not thought of for a long time. I've just copied it out to put with the few other words I keep on the organ console to remind me why I do some of the things I do, even when others wonder why I continue.
The train picture? Well... I'd never seen this sort of 2 cups holder kind of thing on the red stripe of the train wall rather than fold down tables on these kinds of seats before. I was glad it wasn't a busy train where I had to sit next to someone, as I did on the next train, as I don't think I'd be happy with either someone leaning over me to put a cup in "their" holder if I were in the window seat or me leaning over someone else to use one. Fortunately, the question did not arise I was only on this train for thirteen minutes before changing onto the one for home.
