Who do they think they are kidding?  My internet has been having problems for weeks.  Restarting the various boxes, restarting PC, "trouble shooting". Feed up with it contacted the internet company through their "chat" box.  Another round and round the merry go 'round.  Have you restarted this or that blah blah blah.  Canned responses.  Using up cellphone data to try and get connection with them for an answer. Finally something must have been done and connection again for about 8 hours.  Back to restarting boxes again.
