Rosslyn
Windy day so planned Pentlands walk was scuppered
Met up with Nessie’s brother Ivor and the five of us took a wander round Rosslyn , down to the castle and into the glen managing to dodge the worst of the gusts. Along to the Gunpowder Mills and up to the railway, looped round and found us back on the road. Great wee walk despite the greenery looking very dullery, no kingfishers spotted but carpets of of wild garlic brightening the glen.
Reviving cuppa tea in the Chapel cafe with a rather nice white chocolate crispie. I’ll be back.
Parted ways and we headed for an Alandas and papers moment.
Home rugby whilst I tackled my poor beleaguered garden. Ugly this time of year.
