Recycling

This one was axed and carved from a piece of an apple tree that I found in the cuttings in the garden in Darlington. There's a bit of spalting but that just adds character. Nice to produce something usable from rubbish.

Rosina landed in Auckland this evening, one last flight to get to Wellington and the holiday can begin. Given that I dropped her off at Rory's at 4 yesterday, it's been a mammoth journey.
