Musical interlude

This morning I spent more than an hour at the bank with mum sorting out a strange withdrawal and fixing her log in details. She has lost $100 in a transaction we can't understand. Nothing we can do to get it back sadly. 
After the bank we wandered in the mall for a while and paused near this piano which was being played very nicely.
