Sunday Lunch
I cooked one of the recipes shared by Karen, a lovely lady from Maggies cooking rota. A sausage and lentil simmer, Maggie was raving about how delicious it was so I gave it a try.
I used 'This!' brand of sausage and lardons with puy lentils and it was so easy to put together. Auntie Eddi BS was dining with us and declared it a hit!
It's a great winter keeper. Served with whole grain mustard mash and tenderstem broccoli
