Funny what you find....

....in the overgrown wild sections of the garden.

A day stuck in the house with a poorly Orla.

The weather was really grim too so it was a day for relaxing and comforting Orla as much as possible. Poor thing is having it rough, covered from head to toe in itchy spots. 

We gave her an Oat bath which she enjoyed while in it, then smothered in Calamine lotion. Claire did a lovely Sunday roast which at least we both enjoyed but Orla hardly managed to look at it.

Todays image is taken out of the patio windows of items I found last week while clearing/cutting back a bit of the garden. It is lovely wild area covered in heather and wild flowers, I just remove the dead stuff in winter and it thrives with regrowth in Spring. These random things were deep within.

We will re-position the house somewhere more visible in the garden as Claire and Orla love it. The dodgy looking penguin will end up in the bin I imagine.
