Never stop running

This is Gordon, from the Garstang Running Club, celebrating his 80th birthday with a 7-mile circuit from Sizergh to Levens and back along the river - finishing of course at Sizergh Barn.  Not a fast run but we did appreciate the warm sunshine this morning.
