Two Trigs

A lot sunnier day, midday we did a walk near home from Little Doward (Ross on Wye, Herefordshire UK) through the Woods uphill to the trig point on the Iron Age hillfort.  Someone hads built a rather good one of stone alongside the official one; Mrs BB sat with the daughters dogs, Mollie and Milo, next to the two trig points!

The forestry was quite muddy and the dogs were covered in mud so getting home was like a military operation to wash and dry them before being allowed in the house. They were then quite happy to laze about as we sat reading with the sun shining in through the window.

We did a food shop as I'm making soup this evening whilst Mrs BB goes swimming. The last night dog sitting as the daughter and family fly home late tonight from their weekend getaway!
