Darning…

… It looks so easy (and immensely satisfying) on the videos.

In fairness I am to a sewing needle what Billy Connolly is to a comb.

But, you know, you check out a bit of crochet ‘how to’ and behold, there’s a glorious rabbit hole of all manner of darning.

I finished my course today. (Auto pilot and then straight back to bed). Lost the rest of the day in deep sleep. Very healing I’m sure.
Himself is most kindly feeding me at regular intervals. If he wasn’t, I definitely wouldn’t bother.

But, darning wool came!
