Birthday Eve

RobT's birthday tomorrow and tonight we are booked to stay and dine at The Talbot.

It's a relatively new hotel in the North Yorkshire market town of Malton. Local lad and celebrity chef, James Martin, is in charge of the kitchen to quote the website.

Quite surprisingly he visits 2-3 times a month according to the staff.

Anyway, a fantastic night and the food was stunning.
