Monday: Primroses and Pigeons

A few spots of rain first thing but we had a day of fine weather with a good breeze and lots of sunshine to dry the washing.

Made a casserole of steak and vegetables in gravy in the slow cooker with Stwnsh Rwdan (Welsh for “Neeps and Tatties” or Swede/turnip and mashed potatoes) - this is one of MrD’s favourite meals :-)) xx

Today’s Blip of the pigeons who were helping to clear up the wet seeds I’d emptied from the feeders and the primroses, which I’m enjoying so much.

Rain arrived temporarily as it got dark but soon blew over.

We started watching “Zero Hour” a series starring Robert de Nero, it’s all a bit confusing … or that might just be me!
