Roast chicken dinner on a Monday?

Picked up the ingredients for a roast chicken dinner at the shops this afternoon after spending the morning tidying the kitchen. Our daughter was coming round for dinner and a catch up so I went the whole hog as she doesn’t often cook a roast for herself.

A lovely evening catching up. When Mr PHL left to take her back to her flat, I finally checked the theme of something Swedish and was at a bit of a loss until I came across the fact that the three point seatbelt was invented by Nils Bohlin in 1959. I’m finally starting to feel that I’m out the other side of this bug so hope to start catching up on journals over the coming days.
