Meeting this afternoon was reasonably successful. Coming Thursday to work out what radiators & piping needed ..... a step in the right direction!

During the meeting we had a phone call from Sally in complaints .... she could not believe what they had put us through, nor the fact we had been left without hot water or adequate heating. Think some heads may roll as they say!

She then rang back a short while later ... we are being moved into temporary accommodation until such time as it is fully installed & working.

It is supposed be installed early next week ..... we should find out on Thursday.

Not sure when I will be back on Blip ... all depends on when the installation is completed & we are back "up & running".
