Fluttering

Harvest while you may,
On fluttering powder wings,
As lavender fades.

The lavender was all a-flutter with butterflies and buzzing with bees today. The flowers are starting to fade, but they are all making the most of it while they can.

Off on our hols in less than a week ..... huge mountain of work to clear before then... but it will be worth it.

Going up to Edinburgh for a couple of weeks with daisychain1 and our lovely husbands - can't wait!
