Wading Treacle!

Slow progress...extremely slow and laborious...

All the significant obstacles and all the challenges that make progress difficult...name them...they're around at the moment! 

However, I will not be beaten and I never, ever give up. 

On went my cycling gear and spin I did for just over an hour before returning to do some more work. A brief respite!
