The Rows

Well, here we are in Chester. I passed through a couple of years ago on one of my bus pass adventures and it reminded me of coming here many times with my mum and dad and being captivated by The Rows - the double decker alleyways full to brimming with weird and wonderful shops. Tonight we ate in a restaurant in one of The Rows, and tomorrow, I will have a bit of an exploration. The alleyways in the half- timbered buildings are still there, but I suspect many of the shops I remember will have disappeared.
