Gretna Green

Work took me to Gretna Green today. This village in the border with England is best known for is numerous weddings. People flock here from around the world to get married. I realise there is a lot of history behind this, but there are nicer places to get married. Anyway, work took me to a tourism workshop at Smith's hotel. Opposite the hotel is the old Blacksmith, where the wedding traditions started. There's a small retail complex and a small sculpture park, which features this one called The Big Dance
