Pollok crocuses

Narrowly missing out on an early morning yoga space I used the time in Pollok Park which, in between the dog walkers and morning strollers, was wonderfully quiet. Good to see a pair of little grebes, too much ducking and diving to get a blip.
Spanish homework this afternoon which felt a lot easier and more fun than Monday’s somewhat lacklustre session. I realised yesterday that the other students respond consistently truthfully which I think is probably more linguistically demanding. This weekend I will be going on a boat trip and eating artichokes, using the near future tense.
An eclectic supper at P’s, convivial company and several bottles of New Zealand pinot noir. The cheesecake seemed to go down well, and the spoils divided between D, D and M.
