I’ve been putting it off because the walking has been minimal and I have been eating so much c*** since Christmas! I last went up on the 9th December. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be! Now… I just need to keep the momentum going…

I was rewarded with a faint rainbow!

Busy day at my desk. I even ordered a new chair to see if I can improve my back. Fingers crossed!
