Tawaki. ( Fiordland Crested Penguin)

We have 3 of these present at the hospital at the moment. They are all just finishing their annual moult. The new feathers make them look quite dishevelled, I think they look quite cute. They are quite large- up to 4 kg- this fellow in standing in quite a large bucket ( to stop it running around the hospital).:They love their fish.
