Wet Sleddale

I thought an exploratory walk around Wet Sleddale reservoir was in order.  Jess was seeing a friend in Carlisle and I could take more time faffing about with my camera, plus it might fix a hangover..
In the event it didn't fix the hangover and I got wet (which I suppose was obvious) although I did find a couple of compositions for another day when the light is better...
There were few birds about (Oystercatchers & Cormorant) but at long range.
As I was heading back in the rain, the sun made an appearance and the blip was saved by a rainbow.
