Not much going on ....

finally got a diagnosis for my very painful left knee!  Severe osteoarthritis in the patella!!!   So good news and bad news....good news is that at this point a total knee replacement wouldn't be recommended.....the bad news is that there is no cure, but only maintenance - getting a steroid shot next Monday and will begin physio later in the week.

At least i'm walking better without my stick....and have started walking more each day....slow progress that's for sure.   So not much mojo in the creative tank these past few days....but today i got myself doing something.....off to read and nap!
