Where is it?

I need to locate the digital version of this image. I know where it was taken but the 'when' is more challenging. I'll have to first find the hard drives where I would have stored the images and then start searching through. 
The print is being used in an interclub competition but the PDI is needed for entry purposes. Worst case scenario I'll photograph the print to create the PDI as it's only the print that is actually judged.
