Tulip season

I could not resist these when I went shopping for groceries on Sunday. I love the vibrant colours.

I have faffed about today and made little progress towards packing for Saturday. I would have been better employed by going for a walk (in the rain)!

I also tried to rewire standard lamp and the wire would not stay in the brass fitting! I gave that up as a bad job. Mum did all our electrical jobs in the family home. She didn’t trust Dad to wire things correctly. I’m not sure if sh3 taught me first, but we did learn how to wire a plug at school.

I have bought a little plastic device to fix my phone onto my mini tripod. This could be useful for wild flowers.
