2025 Wednesday — Real Estate

Mr. Fun & I took the pups to Cayucos’s Hardie Park late this afternoon to walk and discovered this new house being built across Birch Street from the park. It looks like a “Next-Gen” house (a house with a “grandma pad” attached; in other words, two houses in one).

Then a short while later discovered that Captain Cass’s House on Ocean Ave across from the pier is For Sale.

That’s what we learned today.
